Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide comprehensive risk advisory services
- Conduct detailed analysis of client portfolios to recommend suitable insurance coverage options
- Negotiate terms and premiums with insurance providers to secure optimal deals for clients
- Develop and deliver compelling marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts
- Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing proposals, quotes, and policy documentation
- Maintain excellent communication with clients through calls, meetings, and follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Utilize multilingual skills (including Spanish) to serve a diverse client base effectively
- Support telemarketing efforts by reaching out to prospective clients and promoting insurance solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or risk advisory roles with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client risks and tailor insurance packages accordingly
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Experience in sales administration, including managing documentation and CRM systems
- Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to insurance services and customer engagement strategies
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices and the use of analysis tools for market research
