We are looking for a Warehouse Operative/Picker Packer to join our growing team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous Warehouse or Order Processing experience, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. This will be a varied position, working across all departments within our Operations team. The position will involve hands on warehouse duties such as lifting, use of step ladders and pushing picking trolleys.
The Warehouse Operative/Picker Packer duties will involve:
Ensuring stock is reworked accurately, in line with productivity levels required.
Ensuring orders are picked and packed accurately, in line with productivity levels required.
Processing of deliveries, putting stock away and replenishing shelves.
Maintaining the working environment, keeping it clean and tidy at all times.
Adhering to the company Health & Safety policy at all times.
Wearing the correct protective clothing and ensuring correct use of equipment when applicable.
Working efficiently within the company as part of the team and undertaking any other duties reasonably requested by Management.
Requirements:
Previous Warehouse/Pick & Packing experience
Very good attention to detail
GCSE Pass in English and Maths
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Hours of work : Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 17:00PM (37.5 hours)
There is also the opportunity for overtime hours on our weekend shifts, subject to availability.
