Reporting to: Head of Sales Operations
The Sales Support Executive will play a critical role in supporting the UK sales team by ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, timely coordination, and high-quality customer engagement. This role acts as a bridge between sales, operations, finance, and customers, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generation while maintaining a professional and responsive sales process.

Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing

Act as the first point of contact for sales-related customer queries

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Assist in managing key accounts and follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely order fulfilment

Track order status and communicate updates to customers and sales managers

Support contract administration, framework agreements, and pricing approvals

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries

Track sales pipelines, conversion rates, and outstanding actions

Support invoicing coordination and basic commercial documentation

Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and documentation standards

Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials

Coordinate with marketing teams on leads and campaign follow-ups

2-4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or commercial administration

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Experience supporting B2B sales teams

Background in energy, technology, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
