Duties

- Develop new menu items in collaboration with management, incorporating current culinary trends and guest preferences
- Train staff on proper cooking methods, food handling, and serving procedures to ensure consistency and excellence
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service and optimal guest satisfaction
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a busy culinary or hospitality setting
- Extensive food production and kitchen experience with a strong foundation in cooking techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Solid background in food safety practices and restaurant operations
- Experience in food preparation, menu development, and culinary innovation
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, including serving protocols and customer service excellence
- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred to understand the nuances of guest expectations
