Apex Parking is expanding - and we’re looking for a driven, professional Mobile Area Supervisor to help us maintain exceptional standards across our growing portfolio.
About the Role
You’ll cover sites across the Midlands, with flexibility to travel nationwide as our portfolio continues to grow.
This is a mobile, active role where you’ll lead from the front supporting our teams, maintaining quality, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership & Team Support
- Directly managing and motivating our CSO teams
- Leading by example in professionalism and service
- Inspiring high performance and accountability
Operational Excellence
- Ensuring efficient daily car park operations
- Conducting regular inspections of signage, roads, equipment and communal facilities
- Maintaining impeccable presentation standards
Maintenance & Compliance
- Overseeing daily maintenance and cleaning standards
- Working alongside the Operations Manager to ensure Health & Safety policies, procedures and testing requirements are fully met
- Proactively identifying and resolving site issues
Reporting & Communication
- Completing weekly and monthly supervisor reports
- Attending regular operational meetings
- Representing Apex Parking professionally at all times
What you’ll Bring
- A proven history of outstanding customer service
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and inspire
- Confidence working independently across multiple sites
- A proactive, organised and solutions focused mindset
- Physical capability to undertake the active elements of the role
- Flexibility to travel as required
Essential Requirements
- Full, current, unrestricted UK driving licence (no provisional licences)
- Clean Driving record
- Successful applicants will be to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
