As a Trust we were excited to have been chosen by the Department for Education as their approved sponsor to open a new secondary school to support the increasing population of Barnsley. In September 2021 Trinity Academy St Edward’s opened its doors to a founding cohort of Year 7 students from across the town.
We are looking for a passionate, committed, and driven colleague to become Finance Officer. This is an exciting role that will allow the successful candidate to be involved and develop skills in all areas of finance. You will support the Assistant Finance Manager in monitoring budgets, managing invoices, management and checking of deliveries, management of invoices and purchase ordering.
What we need?
4 or more GCSEs (or equivalent) at C or better, including English and Maths.
Experience in a similar, office or administrative role.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
