Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to lead the daily functions of a HIW regulated Medical Aesthetics clinic. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining efficient workflows. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinic staff, including practitioners, technicians, administrative personnel, and support staff, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency, safety, and patient care quality.
- Manage financial aspects of the clinic such as budgeting, expense control, and revenue tracking to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, health and safety standards, and clinic licensing requirements.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, inventory management, and procurement of medical supplies to maintain optimal clinic functionality.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional client service.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a healthcare setting with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of human resources practices such as hiring processes, staff development, and conflict resolution.
- Clinic experience or familiarity with clinical workflows enhances understanding of operational needs.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, clients, and external partners.
