Our core work includes reactive maintenance, repairs, installations, and planned works within schools, FM companies, automotive dealerships, and block management properties across Surrey and South London.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a reliable and committed Multi-Trader Engineer to join our expanding team.
Role Overview
As a Multi-Trader Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation works across residential and commercial properties. This is a field-based role covering mainly Surrey and South London, requiring a proactive, professional individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair works across multiple trades
- Undertake carpentry, plumbing, decorating, tiling, patch plastering, and basic building repairs
- Attend reactive maintenance call-outs and planned maintenance works
- Complete installations, repairs, and refurbishment works to a high standard
- Work within schools, FM-managed buildings, automotive dealerships, and block management properties
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health & safety regulations
- Complete job reports and relevant documentation accurately
- Maintain strong communication with clients, tenants, and office staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Maintenance Engineer
- Competence across a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, tiling, and general building maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Must hold or be able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Own hand tools preferred
