The main responsibilites of the role are;
Manage area resource capacity in-line to meet daily/weekly targets
Support short term changes, utilising resources to maintain efficiency
Provide daily update to meet with SIM reporting metrics
Monitor the monthly cost performance to plan, highlight variances
Timely report accidents and hazards.
Monitor accidents and hazards to identify trends
Timely review of COSSH and Risk Assessments to reflect current regulations
Manufacture all products in-line with quality requirements
Support Operational improvements activities
Deliver daily communication to all staff
Complete Performance Management Reviews in line with annual schedule
Provide Leadership, development & training needs to direct team
Demonstrate and promote company core value
The successful candidate will possess;
Experience of operating within a manufacturing environment
Experienced in leading teams from a production environment
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High level of documentation management (GDP & cGMP)
Experience in 5’s; Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing
