Empower Young People Towards Independence,
Deputy Service Manager role for 16+ Supported Accommodation
About Us
At Fairview Care & Support, we specialise in providing high-quality supported accommodation for young people aged 16+. Our services are designed for those leaving care, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC), and other vulnerable young people who need a safe, structured environment where they can gain the skills and confidence to live independently.
Our approach is based on empowerment, respect, and growth. We don’t just provide housing – we provide opportunities, encouragement, and practical life skills support. Whether it’s budgeting, cooking, attending education or work, or simply learning to navigate adulthood, we’re here to guide young people every step of the way.
Our goal is to help every young person transition into a successful and sustainable independent future while staying true to our commitment to kindness, respect, and putting people first.
Why Join Us?
This role offers an exciting opportunity to take a key leadership position within a service where strong leadership, reflective practice, and high aspirations for young people are embedded into everyday support.
