Duties
- Deliver high-quality barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments tailored to each client’s preferences
- Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing techniques and best practices to maintain service excellence
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive communication and personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with health and safety standards
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare, and product recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in barbering to continuously enhance skills and offerings
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional barber with a strong portfolio of diverse grooming styles
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging with a broad clientele
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring or supervising junior staff
- Strong customer service orientation, ensuring positive client interactions at all times
- Technical proficiency in hair styling, shaving techniques, and grooming tools
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to barbering environments
