The Role:
We are looking for a confident, hands-on leader to step into our management layer. Working directly alongside our General Manager, James, you will take true ownership of the daily floor operations. This isn’t a role where you just stand behind a bar; you will be a key pillar in stabilizing our team, driving commercial success, and keeping our standards sky-high.
Key Responsibilities:
Floor Leadership: Confidently run daily opening and closing shifts independently, managing the floor pacing, table turns, and exceptional guest delivery.
Team Support: Act as a direct mentor and leader to our enthusiastic shift supervisors helping to step up their operational training and development.
Act as a reliable anchor for the building, working proactively with the GM to ensure management shift coverage is tightly managed and airtight.
Systems Management: Utilize our live operating platform, Nory, to manage real-time labor tracking, rota optimizations, and team attendance.
Compliance & Excellence: Ensure the site meets all licensing, health and safety, and food safety expectations seamlessly during your shifts.
