Inovad Limited is a well-established sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting company based in Havant. We manufacture high-quality precision components for a wide range of industries and are looking to expand our production team with an experienced Press Brake Operator.
The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Press Brake Operator to join our busy manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC press brakes, producing high-quality folded components to customer specifications while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Produce folded sheet metal components to required tolerances.
- Carry out quality checks using measuring equipment.
- Select appropriate tooling and machine settings.
- Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Work closely with the production team to meet customer deadlines.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience operating CNC press brakes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers and calipers.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 – 14:00
