About the Role
As Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the operational leadership of the home, ensuring residents receive exceptional dementia care while supporting and developing a motivated, high-performing team.
You'll be responsible for maintaining excellent standards, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the home continues to provide a safe, caring and engaging environment for every resident.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated care team
- Ensuring outstanding, person-centred dementia care
- Maintaining full CQC compliance and regulatory standards
- Managing staffing, occupancy and budgets effectively
- Driving quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
- Creating a positive culture where residents and colleagues thrive
About You
We're looking for a confident and compassionate leader who enjoys developing people and delivering exceptional care.
You'll ideally have:
✔ Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step
✔ Strong knowledge of dementia care and CQC regulations
✔ A proven track record of leading successful care teams
✔ Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
✔ A passion for delivering outstanding resident outcomes
✔ A commitment to continuous improvement and quality
✔ Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards if appropriate)
