Role Outline:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Wellbeing Project Clinician to join our team on a 7 month fixed term contract. Working 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday), you will be the driving force behind an exciting large-scale wellbeing initiative at one of our biggest clients in collaboration with a local health authority.
What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee the delivery of life-style based clinical assessments including physiological testing and health screening

Manage resources, logistics, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery at scale.

Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, reporting, and documentation.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure quality and continuity of delivery.

Support quality assurance processes, including audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Present clinical outcomes, utilisation data, and project insights to stakeholders.

Contribute to the design and delivery of wellbeing workshops, webinars, and health promotion campaigns.

Drive innovation in preventative health services within an occupational health setting.

Manage the daily flow of attendees and maintain flexibility to meet service demands.
Support event delivery logistics, including equipment setup and transportation
Act as a health and wellbeing ambassador, promoting a positive and proactive culture
What We Are Looking For:

Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.

Experience in Quality Assurance audit programmes and a strong understanding of compliance

Demonstrable experience in project coordination or management within a healthcare or wellbeing setting.

Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to interpret and present clinical and programme data clearly.

High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Degree (or equivalent) in Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, Health Science, or a related field.

Experience delivering health assessments and wellbeing interventions.

Strong understanding of physiology, behaviour change, and lifestyle-related health conditions.
Hours:
This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, between the hours of 7.30am - 3.30pm.
Location:
This role is based at Castle Bromwich.
Salary:
The full-time salary for this role is up £46,000 depending on qualifications and experience. The actual salary for the part-time hours worked is up to £36,500.
