Teamwork Partnership, a Midlands-based recruitment provider, is looking for an experienced Contracts Project Manager to join our growing team due to significant business growth.

The Role
As Contracts Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful day-to-day management of a high-volume recruitment account, working closely with the client and onsite teams to ensure service levels, staffing requirements and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high-volume onsite recruitment contract
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client
- Managing the full candidate process, including registration, interviewing and job matching
- Coordinating high-volume workforce requirements
- Monitoring performance against agreed KPIs and service levels
- Holding regular meetings with onsite personnel and client contacts
- Ensuring staffing levels meet operational requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues quickly
- Managing recruitment administration and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting and developing onsite recruitment personnel
- Working flexibly to support the requirements of a 24/7 operation
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Account Management / Contract Management within high-volume recruitment
- Previous experience managing high-volume recruitment sites/accounts
- Strong experience within an onsite recruitment environment
- Experience registering, interviewing and matching candidates to vacancies
- Proven ability to work with and monitor KPIs
- Excellent client and customer relationship management skills
- Confidence communicating with people at all levels
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- A proactive, energetic and results-driven approach
- Flexibility to work 45 hours per week, including weekends
- Full driving licence and own car is essential

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
2 days off during the week.
