HVAC Supervisor | £50,000 | Reading, Berkshire
We are recruiting for an Air Conditioning Service Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy Service Division across commercial HVAC and Refrigeration contracts.
The Role
- Salary up to £50,000
- Office-based with some site travel required
- Company vehicle provided (personal use included)
- Managing service delivery, engineer workloads and customer relationships
- Producing quotations for remedial works and small projects
- Managing subcontractors, KPIs and contract performance
Requirements
- Previous Service or Engineering Management experience
- HVAC or Refrigeration background
- Experience managing field-based engineers
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
