Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented eQMS Document Controller & Operations Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing electronic quality management system (eQMS) documentation and supporting daily operational activities within a professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications.
Duties
- Reorganise historical physical records and lead the ingestion of quality content into the new eQMS architecture during Phase 1.
- Ensure digital structures are mapped accurately so teams gain instant, real-time access to immutable document trails.
- Oversee archiving, physical record storage, and Health & Safety documentation compliance.
- Maintain absolute focus on completeness, compliance, and strict attention to detail across all electronic and paper document workflows.
- Coordinate the organisational readiness plan alongside the vendor's 37.5-hour estimated process implementation and setup service.
- Complete comprehensive travel coordination, booking accommodation, flights, and managing related logistics.
- Act as a flexible team player to deliver ad-hoc business and operational support to the wider UK business team as required
Qualifications and personal attributes
Essential Criteria:
- A Levels, BTECs, T-Levels, NVQs, or equivalent.
- Highly computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proven track record of achievement and performance within a team environment, demonstrating the ability to work on own initiative.

This is a fixed-term contract role. The successful candidate will be employed through our recruitment agency partner and will work on assignment with Menarini UK.
