Your duties will include:
- Being a hands-on restaurant manager providing excellent customer service
- Recruiting, training and managing all restaurant staff while leading by example
- Arranging staff rotas according to business needs.
- Working together with the kitchen to ensure an excellent food service every time
- Managing stock control, upselling, the guest experience and the operations of the restaurant
The successful candidate will have a background as a Restaurant Manager or an experienced Restaurant Supervisor.
