Corporate Solicitor (2-5 years')
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented corporate solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing team in Glasgow.
This is a broad and varied role offering exposure to a range of sophisticated corporate transactions, including M&A, investments, private equity and joint ventures. You will work alongside experienced lawyers on complex, high-value matters, including work with an international dimension, while developing strong client relationships and your wider commercial skill set.
The Role
You will have the opportunity to:

Work on a broad range of corporate transactions, from M&A and investments through to joint ventures and private equity matters

Advise a diverse client base on complex and high-value transactions

Work closely with senior lawyers and take increasing responsibility for your own matters

Develop strong, long-term client relationships

Support business development and marketing initiatives

Contribute to the development of more junior team members, including trainees

Benefit from ongoing training, development and access to legal technology
About You

Be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE

Have gained solid corporate experience within a UK-based team
-
Have strong drafting and analytical skills

Be commercially minded and able to provide practical, solutions-focused advice

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Be ambitious, proactive and keen to develop their career within a leading corporate practice

Have a genuine interest in working on high-quality, complex transactions
