The Role
As a Base Coach, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding member experience while developing your own skills and career.
You will:
- Coach small group personal training sessions
- Coach high-energy group training sessions
- Support members to progress towards their goals
- Create a positive, motivating and inclusive environment
- Deliver consistent, high-quality coaching and service
- Learn and deliver The Base training systems and coaching standards
- Work closely with the team to support community growth
- Take part in ongoing CPD, feedback and development

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
- Previous coaching experience (group and 1:1)
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with people
- First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete during induction)

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
