Highland Landscape Design Ltd is looking for experienced and motivated people to join our growing Landscape & Maintenance business.
Local to Forres preferred.
We're currently recruiting for:
- Experienced Team Leader
- Experienced Machine Operator

Immediate starts available.
Essential – All Applicants
- Full, clean UK driving licence
Essential – Team Leader
- Previous experience leading a landscaping or grounds maintenance team
- Towing experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to organise workloads and lead a team safely and efficiently
Essential – Machine Operator
- Previous experience operating excavators, dumpers and loading shovels (or similar plant)
- Competent carrying out groundwork and landscaping operations
- Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Relevant plant tickets preferred but not essential for the right candidate
Experience Helpful but Not Essential
- CSCS Card
- Landscaping, grounds maintenance or groundworks experience
