Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of property listings and marketing materials
- Support senior agents in conducting property viewings and client meetings
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities within the commercial property sector
- Maintain accurate records of property details, client interactions, and transaction progress
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and updating databases
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support the team with general office duties to ensure efficient workflow
- Driving Licence essential
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
