The Role
- Preparing accurate, commercially sound tenders
- Managing multiple submissions at different stages
- Pricing labour, materials and subcontractors
- Working with clients, designers and internal teams
- Supporting projects from early-stage planning through to delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Estimating experience in construction (roofing/cladding ideal)
- Strong commercial awareness
- Good attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Able to manage multiple tenders
