We supply advanced, AI-powered wearable tech and innovative automation devices designed to elevate modern daily living. We are looking for an ambitious e-commerce professional to drive our retail growth across the UK market.
About the Role
Are you a data-driven e-commerce specialist with a track record of scaling high-tech digital brands? We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Growth Manager to join our team based in the heart of London's financial district at Bank.
In this multi-channel, multi-marketplace role, you will lead the strategic daily operations of both our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website and our online marketplace channels, focusing primarily on the UK market. You will have full management of core KPIs—including order volume, sales revenue, conversion rates, and ROI—deconstructing quarterly targets into actionable steps to drive sustainable, long-term brand growth for our advanced product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Traffic & Ad Optimization: Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) across UK digital marketplaces; orchestrate premium content marketing matrices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest; build an affiliate marketing system by recruiting tech influencers, gadget review blogs, and coupon sites.
- Data Analysis & Market Research: Monitor core cost metrics (traffic, conversions, ad spend/ACOS, commissions, logistics) to produce regular data-driven reviews; track competitors' pricing strategies and stay ahead of UK e-commerce policy updates and growth trends.
- Brand Aesthetics & Content Creation: Maintain visual identity and premium brand consistency across all digital storefronts; optimize listing copy and landing page conversion funnels; write compelling copy and conceptualize video/image assets tailored to our advanced tech product selling points for the UK audience.
- Business Development & Outreach: Conduct outbound consumer tech influencer and agency outreach via professional business correspondence; lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements.
- Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordination: Forecast demand and coordinate with warehousing teams to manage stock and electronic inventory safely within UK import, battery/compliance, and storage guidelines; oversee the customer service framework to resolve technical product support queries and maintain top-tier storefront health.
Requirements
Essential Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on UK e-commerce experience (experience with consumer electronics, smart tech, or premium hardware brands is highly preferred).
- References: Satisfactory professional references will be required upon a conditional job offer.
Desirable Criteria:
- Market Knowledge: Previous experience managing campaigns or operations for the French e-commerce market is highly desirable.
- Channel Scope: Dual experience managing both DTC brand websites and online retail marketplaces.
- Attributes: Strong multi-tasking abilities and a self-driven mindset suited for a fast-paced, agile e-commerce environment.
