Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a high-quality nursing service in Bradford?
We are supporting the appointment of an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to take overall responsibility for a well-established care home, providing strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for residents.

As Nursing Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards across care quality, compliance, staffing, and performance. Working closely with your team and wider support network, you will drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong culture built around residents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership to the home’s management and care teams
- Ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care
- Maintain strong regulatory compliance and prepare the service for inspections
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and embed best practice
- Manage staffing, budgets, occupancy, and operational performance
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the local community
- Coach and develop colleagues to support a positive and high-performing culture
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager with a strong background in nursing care settings. You will be a natural leader with a passion for improving services and delivering the highest standards of care.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing a nursing home or complex care service
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance
- A track record of leading teams and improving performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident outcomes
