Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and janitorial services, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our Residents and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established standards, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and free of clutter, including guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Restock supplies as needed, ensuring that all cleaning materials are readily available.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Skills
- Previous experience.
- Strong knowledge of janitorial practices and cleaning techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards residents and colleagues.
