Job Overview
We are seeking a personable and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and take their beverage orders with attentiveness and professionalism
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Ensure all beverages are served responsibly, adhering to licensing laws and safety regulations
- Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tips courteously
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other essentials
- Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere while promoting special offers or events
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols diligently
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or food service roles, particularly as a bartender or server
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure quality service at all times

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
