Job Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) Administrator to support our financial services team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to financial advisors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good understanding of financial planning processes. Salary is age and experience dependent (and in will be in line with UK National Minimum Wage regulations).
Duties
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to financial planning and client portfolios.
- Manage client records and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Handle correspondence with clients via email and telephone, providing excellent customer service.
- Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to draft reports, and manage communications efficiently.
- Support the team with administrative duties such as , maintaining client records, and processing paperwork.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents and presentations for client reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role within the financial services sector or similar environment.
- Strong report writing and analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with IT systems.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of financial planning processes and customer service principles is desirable.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.

Pay: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
