Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Part Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization. This role is for 2 hours 30 minutes on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. With a start time of 4pm. Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to high standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used correctly.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to management promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Reliable with a good work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
