CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Are you searching for a new career opportunity in customer service?
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in our busy office, supporting our customers on a day to day basis.
Must have a UK Driving License and Minimum experience with Motor Industry.
There are no call scripts and a real emphasis on fantastic service!
Working alongside the Customer Services Manager for our Work shop you will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to emails
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with all customer issues
- Booking Car Services over the phone
- Providing outstanding customer service
Skills you will need:
- You will have worked within any of the following roles - Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Executive, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre Adviser, Complaint Handler or similar.
- Confidence in using in-house computer systems to access and maintain computerised records
- Enthusiastic, hardworking and can work under pressure
- Very observant, with good attention to detail
Hours of work will be 9 till 1
