Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Goalkeeper Coach to lead and develop our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of football tactics and techniques, with the ability to educate players on the fundamentals of the game. This role is essential in fostering a positive team environment, enhancing player skills, and promoting sportsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programmes that enhance player performance and teamwork.
- Educate players on game strategies, techniques, and rules of football.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all players receive individual attention and guidance.
- Analyse player performance during matches and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Organise and manage team activities, including matches, tournaments, and community events.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages respect, discipline, and sportsmanship among players.
- Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive approach to player development.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of football coaching principles and tactics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate players at various skill levels.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their best performance.
- Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules and team activities efficiently.
- Previous experience in sports coaching is highly desirable but not essential for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.

- Football coaching: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Certificate in Coaching Football (required)
- Certificate in Goalkeeper Coaching (required)
