45 hrs Per week - £30,000 - £32,000 p\a
We are looking for a Yard hand who will be responsible for assisting the workshop team with valeting and prepping of our HGV cab units and getting them ready for sale.
Other duties will also include collecting and delivering trucks, delivering parts, picking up and dropping off Drivers and customers so a HGV driver’s licence will be required
Keeping the grounds/yard areas clean & organised. Receiving deliveries and sorting stock and general housekeeping.
Training will be given for all aspects of the job.
The following skills are Advantages but not necessary
- Vehicle valeting
- Knowledge of light repairs and mechanical to HGV'S
- Vehicle prepping and painting
- Good practice of Health & Safety regulations
8am – 5pm Monday to Saturday – Overtime/bonus available
