Salary: £28,000-£35,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £45,000-£60,000+, uncapped commission.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Renewals Executive, you'll be speaking with existing customers as their insurance policies approach renewal, understanding any changes to their circumstances and helping them secure the right level of cover at the best possible value.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of customer renewals
- Contacting customers ahead of their renewal date
- Building rapport and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Reviewing customers' current insurance needs and recommending suitable cover
- Negotiating and retaining business wherever possible
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products where appropriate
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the renewal process
- Working towards achievable daily, weekly and monthly retention and sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensuring all renewals comply with FCA regulations and company procedures
- Working closely with colleagues to share ideas, celebrate success and continuously improve performance
