Job Title: Part Time Cleaner, Dilham Hall Retreats
Reporting to: Head Housekeeper
Location: On-site (Working Farm Environment) & Occasional Local Sites
Hours: Daytime hours, generally between 9:30am-4pm.
Schedule: Rota across any 7 days (Sundays are a must). Rota confirmed every Thursday for the following week.
Remuneration: £14.00 per hour + Company Van provided for travel between sites

The Role
We are seeking a meticulous, trustworthy, and proactive individual to join our cleaning team. Working under the guidance of our Head Housekeeper, this role requires a high degree of independence as you will be working solo on-site to ensure our premium glamping accommodation is maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
Your primary focus will be our luxury glamping pods, with occasional cleans required at our other local properties. The schedule follows a structured, flexible rota across any 7 days to align with guest turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities
Glamping Accommodation
- Work alongside the team to carry out meticulous, high-end deep cleans and changeovers of our luxury glamping pods to a flawless, guest-ready standard.
- Present linens, towels, and guest amenities beautifully under the direction of the Head Housekeeper, paying attention to the small details that elevate the guest experience.
- Report any maintenance issues or guest breakages immediately.

You are an absolute perfectionist with a keen eye for detail—you notice the things others miss, understand what it takes to present a luxury environment, and love supporting your team to achieve great results. You are reliable, discreet, and completely comfortable committing to a structured schedule that includes weekends and extra summer hours. You take instruction well and take pride in being a key player in a close-knit business.
Essential Skills & Experience
- High-End Cleaning Experience: Proven experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or holiday let cleaning is highly desirable.
- An Eye for Presentation: Passionate about pristine standards, straight lines, and flawless finishes.
- Driving Licence: A full, UK driving licence is essential (required for driving the company work van between sites).
- Reliability & Integrity: Punctual, trustworthy, and someone our small team can truly depend on to represent our business values.
