About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to oversee the performance, operations, and growth of our portfolio of eight caravan parks. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, leading park management teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring strong financial performance and management across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all eight caravan parks.
- Lead, mentor, and support Park Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and key operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement operational policies and best practices across all parks.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and succession planning.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
- Build positive relationships with owners, guests, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints, escalating complex matters where appropriate.
- Manage legal disputes and complaints in conjunction with the company's solicitors and external advisers, ensuring the business is protected and all actions comply with relevant legislation.
- Report regularly to senior executives on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior operations or regional management, ideally within holiday parks, caravan parks, hospitality, leisure, or multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple locations.
- Excellent financial, commercial, and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling complex complaints, risk management, and legal or regulatory matters.
- Ability to travel regularly between sites.
- A full, valid driving licence.

This is strictly 5 years minimum experience in Management, previous references and 6 months probation period required
