Multi-Trade Operative
Location: Bristol
Rate of Pay: £16.00 – £19.00 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Contract (Self-employed options available)
Company Overview
Masters Pipeline Services is a family-run business operating across a range of sectors including local authority contracts, roofing, groundworks, electrical and plumbing services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team working within the Bristol area.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of works across reactive repairs, planned maintenance, disrepair cases and void property refurbishments. We are seeking individuals with proven experience and confidence across several core trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Completion of reactive and planned maintenance tasks
- Works related to disabled adaptations, including wetrooms
- Delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trade disciplines
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Providing excellent customer service in both occupied and unoccupied properties
- Working professionally and respectfully with customers and colleagues
Essential Skill Areas
Experience in a selection of the following trades:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Decorating
- Plastering

Sub-contractors are welcome to apply. Rates for self-employed operatives will be negotiated based on experience, qualifications and scope of work.
