We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Trainee Manager to join our team with an immediate start. Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards of food quality and safety
- Support the management team in supervising staff, including training new team members and motivating the team to achieve targets
- Participate actively in food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality in all dishes served
- Supervise serving staff to ensure excellent customer experiences and prompt service
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across the kitchen and dining areas
- Contribute to food production planning, inventory management, and ensuring proper stock levels are maintained
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality, fostering teamwork, and upholding the restaurant’s brand values
Requirements
- Female candidates only, with a strong desire to develop into managerial roles within hospitality
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly preferred, including roles such as barista, server, or kitchen assistant
- Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in food service settings
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Hands-on experience with food production, serving, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality or culinary qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
