We’re on the hunt for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our busy, smokehouse-style BBQ bar and restaurant in the beautiful Walton on the Hill, Tadworth area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef who loves bold flavours, open-fire cooking, and working in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team day-to-day
- Delivering consistently high-quality BBQ dishes and service
- Helping drive standards, organisation, and kitchen performance
- Training and mentoring junior chefs
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- A passion for BBQ, smoked meats, and big flavours
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, energetic kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, hands-on attitude What we offer:
