We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking and strategic HR Business Partner (CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience) with a strong track record of operating at HRBP level within a complex organisation. As this is a fixed-term opportunity, we are seeking an experienced practitioner who can quickly establish credibility, build effective relationships with senior leaders and add value from the outset. Equipped and eager to support senior organisational leaders within a fast-paced and stimulating environment, you will bring the confidence, judgement and expertise to navigate complex people matters.
A thought leader with excellent communication skills, you thrive on making a difference. You are a strong team player with significant change management experience and a demonstrable ability to influence and drive transformational change. You have a proven record of delivering expert, pragmatic and commercially focused solutions across a range of complex employee relations, organisational change and workforce challenges.
You will work alongside a close team of HR Business Partners and the wider HR team. Taking a One HR approach, together we strive for continuous review and improvement to ensure we deliver a quality HR service. You will partner a number of senior leaders, across various schools and professional services within the University on business-as-usual matters whilst also taking the HR lead on a number of University wide strategic projects.
While this is advertised as a full-time position, we recognise the value of flexible working and would be pleased to consider applications from candidates seeking a reduced working pattern of 0.8 or 0.9 FTE (four or four and a half days per week).
