Job Application Summary – Swimming Teacher
The National Aquatic Training Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate Swimming Teacher to deliver a 5-day summer holiday crash course programme. The successful candidate will be confident in teaching children of varying ages and abilities, creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment while helping swimmers build confidence, improve technique, and develop essential water safety skills.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude, with the ability to motivate young swimmers and work effectively with parents and the wider team. A focus on high-quality teaching, safeguarding, and encouraging measurable progress throughout the intensive course is essential.
This role also offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to become a regular Swimming Teacher with the National Aquatic Training Centre, joining a growing team dedicated to delivering excellent swimming education and athlete development.
Pay: £17.50 per hour
