What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory operations.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, cost performance, and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and key business partners.
- Oversee sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and production teams to support business objectives.
- Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Analyse operational data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations management, sourcing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous senior leadership or management experience is an advantage.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain optimisation is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £7,300.00-£9,600.00 per month
