What you'll be doing
As an Accounts Assistant, you'll provide essential support to the finance team, helping to ensure our financial processes run smoothly and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices.
- Reconciling bank and supplier accounts.
- Assisting with daily cash posting and banking.
- Supporting month-end procedures and reporting.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and customers to resolve account queries.
- Providing general administrative support to the Accounts Department.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Numerate and accurate, with good analytical skills.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous accounts or finance administration experience is desirable, but not essential—full training will be provided for the right candidate.
