Pay Rate: £17.85 per hour.
Location: Mobile work across educational sites in Bristol
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00am to 10:00am (20 hours per week)
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and supervising cleaning teams across a number of sites, ensuring that high cleaning standards are consistently maintained. You will visit sites regularly, complete quality checks, provide hands-on support where required, and act as a key point of contact for cleaning operatives, site contacts, and management.
This is a mobile role, so you must be comfortable travelling between sites and working flexibly to meet operational needs. You will play an important part in maintaining service standards, supporting staff, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company expectations.
About The Role
Job Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring cleaning teams across multiple sites, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Conducting comprehensive site inspections and rigorous quality checks to uphold our standards.

Providing practical, hands-on cleaning support and cover as operational needs dictate.

Proactively managing cleaning stock, materials, and equipment to ensure efficiency.

Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols, COSHH regulations, and Kindred's operational guidelines.

Cultivating strong, positive relationships with site contacts and colleagues.
Minimum requirements:

Previous cleaning or supervising experience.

Holder of a valid UK driving license.
- Can reliably commute throughout working area.

Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
- Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.

An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Ability to follow cleaning schedules, site instructions, and company procedures.

Previous experience in a cleaning role.

Ability to travel between multiple sites as part of the role.

Full UK driving licence.

Basic understanding of health and safety in a cleaning environment.
Desired Criteria

First aid, manual handling, or health and safety training.

Basic IT skills, including use of mobile apps, email, or digital reporting systems.

Confidence dealing with client or site contact queries.
