At Magic Memories, we help guests capture unforgettable moments at some of the world's best attractions. We're looking for an enthusiastic Site Manager to lead our photography team at the incredible Game of Thrones Studio Tour.
This isn't your average retail management role. You'll lead a motivated team, drive commercial performance, build a fantastic relationship with our attraction partner and ensure every guest leaves with memories they'll treasure.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Driving photo sales and delivering commercial targets
- Creating an exceptional guest experience every day
- Managing staffing, labour budgets and stock
- Working closely with our partner attraction to build a strong relationship
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while keeping the team engaged and having fun
We're looking for someone who:
- Has management experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or visitor attractions
- Loves motivating people and getting the best out of a team
- Is commercially minded and confident managing KPIs and sales targets
- Thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Leads by example with positivity, energy and a hands-on approach
- Can work on weekends and bank holidays
