Job Summary
The Front of House Team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within Rocpool. This part time position involves engaging with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are fulfilled.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable., but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle peak service times efficiently.
