Role: Bar & Floor Team Member
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Zero-hours contract (Minimum of two shifts per week, including one weekend shift)
About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, reliable team member to join our bar and floor team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure every guest feels welcomed and well looked after. If you take pride in genuine hospitality, a well-poured pint, and maintaining a clean venue, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing friendly, attentive service to both regulars and new guests.
- Pouring drinks and maintaining high hospitality standards.
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Completing end-of-night cleaning duties (including drip trays, fruit chopping boards, tables, ashtrays, and the garden area).
What We Are Looking For:
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- A friendly, approachable manner and a strong work ethic.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Availability for at least two shifts per week, including one weekend shift.
- No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
