Through our strong reputation, extensive marketing campaigns, and established online presence, we generate 400-500 qualified customer enquiries every month from people actively looking to book our services.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to oversee our sales process, support our existing Sales Assistant, and maximise conversions from our substantial pipeline of inbound leads.
The Opportunity
This is not a cold-calling role. Every lead has already contacted us through our advertising campaigns, website, or social media channels and has expressed an interest in booking with us.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and monitoring our existing Sales Assistant.
- Reviewing response times, follow-up activity, and sales performance.
- Ensuring all customer enquiries receive professional and timely responses.
- Monitoring lead conversion rates and implementing improvements where required.
- Following up and closing your own sales opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of lead activity and bookings.
- Attending weekly Zoom or in-store sales meetings to review results and strategy.
Earnings & Commission
This role is designed for ambitious sales professionals who want to be rewarded directly for their performance.
What You Earn
- 5% commission on every booking you personally close.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- Typical earnings between £3,000 and £8,000+ per month.
- Top performers have the potential to earn significantly more.
High-Value Sales Opportunities
Booking values range from:
- £120 minimum booking value
- £1,400 maximum booking value
Many customers book larger tattoo projects, including full sleeves and multi-session work, often resulting in booking values of:
- £1,400 x 5 sessions
- £1,400 x 6 sessions
This means a single customer can represent several thousand pounds in revenue and generate substantial commission.
The more effectively you follow up, build relationships, and close sales, the more you earn. There are absolutely no caps on commission.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing sales performance and reporting.
- Driven, competitive, and motivated by results.
- Experience using CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.
