Lash & Brow Artist Opportunity in Oxford!
We are looking for passionate individuals to join us in Oxford as a Lash Artist (Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lift) or Brow Stylist!
- For Experienced Professionals (1+ Years)
If you have 1+ years of experience as a beauty professional ( Lash Artist, Brow Stylist, or Massage Therapist)
We provide a customer service manual and full support. We will also assist you with the certificate and documentation processes required to work in the UK.
Hiring Process for Experienced Candidates:
- Online Interview
- Skill Check (Practical assessment)
- Customer Service Training (Once the skill check is passed, you will learn our customer service style)
- Start Welcoming Clients
- Pay: Depending on your experience, starting at £12 the training period. Once you are comfortable working independently, it increases to £15/hour (or a commission-based structure, open to discussion).
- For Beginners (No Experience)
If you have no prior experience but are eager to learn, you are welcome! We offer a full Lash Course, accredited certification, and customer service training before you gradually start welcoming clients. (The course cost can be paid upfront or deducted gradually from your future commission/earnings once you start working.)
