Logical Personnel Solutions are looking for a number of experienced Civils Groundworks Supervisors/ Gangers to start on large-scale civils project based in Leiston.

The Groundworks Supervisors must have a high level of experience and knowledge in managing multiple groundworks gangs on a large civils project, across different areas such as earthworks, concrete, drainage, asphalt, and structural works.
The Groundwork Gangers are responsible for supervising gangs, whilst ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met, and ensuring the smooth execution of various civil engineering works. Daily duties include -
* Assigning tasks and overseeing work progress
* Developing daily and weekly work plans.
* Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments
* Ensuring that materials, equipment, and resources are allocated and available
* Planning work to civil engineering drawings and specifications
All Operatives are required to pass the Nuclear New Build vetting process which will include a DBS criminal record check and a drug & alcohol test at induction.
All Gangers must have indepth experience in supervising gangs on a major civils project, hold an in date CSCS card and have a SSSTS or SMSTS certification
The successful Groundworks Supervisor will have proven experience across earthworks, drainage, concrete, and other civil disciplines as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.
PAYE payment. Hours worked over 39 are paid at time and a half. Saturday after 4 hours and all day Sunday paid at double time . Daily travel or lodge allowance available
